I'm Cath, founder and owner of byCath. I have had a lifetime love of food and service. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than cooking for others. byCath has been established to allow me to work with customers through a range of catering opportunities. I look forward to working with you.

I am a passionate cook. I have been cooking for others since I was 8 years old, crafting menus and serving food on weekends for my family and friends.

 

In 1988, I co-owned the Lunch Pack in the Hunter Connection Arcade, Sydney where I further developed my skills and learnt about the retail food industry. After the Lunch Pack I provided catering services to work colleagues, family and friends, for weddings, birthdays, christenings and funerals.

I then had a family while earnestly pursuing my professional career as a nurse and health services executive which culminated in being awarded a Public Service Medal in 2023.

I have now stopped working full time to be able to pursue my interests in food and have established byCath. I can't wait to feed you, your family and friends!
